Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and GraceSheetKids ("we", "us") for your use of gracesheetkids.com and everything on it. By creating an account or generating a worksheet, you accept them.
Who may use GraceSheetKids
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. The service is built for adults who teach children — Sunday school teachers, children's ministry leaders, homeschooling parents, and Christian educators. Children may use the printed worksheets, but they should not create accounts or use the generator themselves.
Your account
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is for one person — please don't share credentials across a team, though you are entirely free to share the worksheets you create with your whole team.
Credits, purchases, and refunds
Generating and printing worksheets consumes print credits. Credit costs are shown before you generate, and your balance is displayed in your dashboard.
- Credits are purchased through Polar, our merchant of record, and their checkout terms apply to the transaction.
- One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits are granted for each billing period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Credits are consumed atomically — if a generation fails on our side, credits are not deducted. If credits are deducted and you receive nothing usable, contact us and we will restore them.
- Because credits are consumed immediately and the output is delivered instantly, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion, and we will always honour refund rights required by the law where you live.
What you may do with the worksheets you create
The worksheets you generate are yours to use. Specifically, you may:
- print, copy, and distribute them to your class, congregation, family, or homeschool group;
- share them with other teachers and volunteers in your church or co-op;
- use them in a school, camp, VBS, or any non-commercial ministry setting;
- adapt them for your own teaching needs.
What you may not do:
- resell the generated worksheets, or sell them as part of a paid curriculum, bundle, or template pack;
- upload them to marketplaces such as print-on-demand or teacher resource marketplaces;
- present GraceSheetKids output as your own product or service;
- use the service to build a competing worksheet generator, including by automated scraping or bulk generation.
Our content
The site itself — the software, page designs, blog articles, Bible teaching guides, logos, and brand — belongs to us and is protected by copyright. You may quote or link to our articles with attribution; please don't republish them wholesale.
Bible text is drawn from public-domain translations or licensed passage providers, and remains subject to the terms of the translation you select.
AI-generated content
Worksheets are generated by AI models from the passage and options you choose. We embed the actual scripture text in the request so that verses are quoted, not invented. Even so, AI output can contain mistakes — in wording, in puzzle answers, or in the way a story is summarised.
You are the teacher. Please review every worksheet before you put it in front of children. We provide the worksheets "as is" and do not warrant that generated content is free of error or doctrinally suited to your context.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create material that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, or harmful to children; to attempt to bypass credit limits, authentication, or rate limits; to probe or disrupt our infrastructure; or to generate content that violates the terms of the AI providers we rely on. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may add, alter, or retire worksheet types. We rely on third-party providers — Supabase, Vercel, Polar, and AI model providers — and an outage on their side may interrupt the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where fair we will tell you why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers keep the protections of the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
