Privacy Policy

GraceSheetKids ("we", "us") operates the website gracesheetkids.com, an AI-powered Bible worksheet generator for Sunday school teachers, children's ministry leaders, and homeschooling parents. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.

Our service is intended for adults — teachers, ministry leaders, and parents who prepare materials for children. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children use the printed worksheets; they do not use the website.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (name, email, profile image). Passwords are never stored by us in readable form — authentication is handled by Supabase.

Worksheet content. The Bible reference, age group, and options you choose are sent to our servers to generate a worksheet. Generated worksheets and any images you upload are stored in your own browser using IndexedDB so your history survives a page reload. They are not uploaded to our servers as a permanent archive.

Credit and payment records. We record how many print credits you hold and consume. Card details are never handled by us — checkout is processed entirely by Polar, our payment provider. We receive only the confirmation and the credits to grant.

Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and similar technologies to:

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and worksheet history from working.

Advertising

Some of our free content pages — our blog articles and Bible teaching guides — may display third-party advertising so that these resources can stay free.

Where advertising is served, Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

Third parties may place or read cookies, web beacons, or similar identifiers on your browser for the purposes of ad serving and measurement.

Advertising is never shown inside the worksheet studio, and never appears in the worksheets or PDFs you download or print. Your generated worksheets are your own and are delivered clean.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before any non-essential cookie is set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the consent link in our footer.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can opt out site-wide using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How your information is used

We use the information above only to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your worksheets to train our own models.

Service providers we share data with

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary for the function described.

International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We rely on the safeguards our providers maintain, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Data retention

Account and credit records are kept while your account is open. Worksheet history and uploaded images live in your browser and are removed when you clear your browser data or delete them in the app. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your account records within 30 days, except where we must keep transaction records for tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sharing considered a "sale" or "share" under the CPRA — we do not sell personal information for money.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

Security

Access to sensitive database functions is revoked for browser clients and routed through authenticated server functions. API keys for our AI and payment providers exist only on the server and are never included in the code your browser downloads. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
